Referring to your letter of the 3rd instant, addressed to Mr. Charles L. Freer, relative to the Hamilton Coleman book.

Mr. Freer sailed for Europe yesterday, and with some mail matter which I am sending him to-day will go your letter, together with the descriptive circular referred to.
