My dear Bixby:--

It is a pleasure to know that you are enjoying the delights of Lake George. It must be an agreeable change from the heat of St. Louis. I hope you will find the summer most delightful.

Thank you for the card to the Buckingham Club. If I visit St. Louis before August 31st, I shall certainly use it.

I am still enjoying most pleasant thoughts of your recent purchase of Tryon's work. It was a splendid move on your part, and I am sure you will never regret it.

With all good wishes,
Yours very sincerely,
Charles L. Freer
