The more I think of the matter, the greater my belief is that Ives should place the "Rosa" in the center of his most distinguished room.
However, I hope to see you in New York on Tuesday, when we can talk the matter over fully together. Won't you join me at luncheon at Delmonico's at one o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, next? I expect my old-time friend, Col. Hecker, will meet me in New York that day, and if you will join us, we will take lunch together at the hour and place named.
