Sir,

I transmit to you Final account current of all monies that have come into my hands on account of the Bureau  

These fines have [[strikethrough]] been in [[/strikethrough]] accrued as follows 

James M. Armstrong fined 20 dollars for maltreating a Freed boy named. - Armstrong. A Fine of 50 dollars was imposed by me upon one Alexander Conner of Tarrant Co. for aiding and assisting by countenancing two persons, who fired upon a Detch [[Detachment]] of my company (the Detch being an escort to Mr. J H Lippard Sup 15th Dist.) These two men John Conner and Jerry Rice are still in confinement awaiting orders of a [[grim?]] character; brough against them by the Register of Tarrant County Texas
