Sir:
I have the honor to submit the following additional affadavits in regards to the case of Harry Taylor f.m.c. reported on the 16th inst among which is that of James Moore whom he was charged as assaulting

The testimony of Mess Foster (who was Clerk of the Board of Registrars) show the reason of the excessive bail required as well as that of Moore Moore states most emphatically that he never made any complaint & was as much surprised at the result as was every one who was present at the trial-
