(T.J. Clark's evidence)

T.J. Clark having been sworn, deposes and says, that Joseph Brisco told him that he did not intend to stay with W.C Beall, - that Beall told them that there was plenty of open land, under a good fence, which was not the case. - that Beall had not complied with his promise - that they were too much hemmed in, - that Beall told them that there was a good crossing on White Oak, and that he had a good Boat - which he found also not to be true - and consequently that he would not stay with Beall.
