Having been Sworn deposes and says - I heard Jo. Brisco my Brother-in-law Mathew Snowball, Susanna, and Francis my Sister say they would not stay with Beall, and heard Jo Brisco tell Mr. Hart his former owner that he wanted him to help him across White Oak for he was afraid of Beall.
