I have the honor to inform you that the Jailor has called upon me to know whether the Government will pay him? or the County? for feeding the prisoner Josiah King now in Jail. 
Not being positive in the matter but believing the county has to pay for all prisoners incarcerated in the County Jail. I appeal to you for information.
