In accordance with instructions from the A.A.A. Genl Head Quarters Austin Texas dated March 20th 1868 I have the honor to submit the following inventory of abandoned property in the possession of the Government in the 31st Sub Dist. - "To Wit"

One Factory building & Smoke Stack  Valued at 500.00
One Brick dry house valued at 100.00
One Foundary building valued at 100.00
Fifteen Small Buildings (lumber in them) valued at 375.00
Two & half (2 1/2) acres land with house valued at 250.00
One hundred & fifty six 5/10 (156 5/10) Acres of Land valued at 313.00
Two Hundred forty four & 8/10 (244 8/10) Acres of Land at 489.00
$2127.00

I have had three disinterested persons to value the above named property and this is the valuation set upon the property by them. And I suppose very near what it can be sold at for cash.
