coming to the freedmen and Capt Miller told him that there was 300 bushels of corn going to the freedmen and that the corn was on the place - and also that he had been to Bryan two or 3 times before to see Capt Miller about what was going to the freedmen and Capt Miller told him all the time that there was ($226.00) two hundred and twenty six dollars in money going to the freedmen and 300 bushels of corn.
6 it was admitted that the money had been paid to Capt Miller by Johnson Parker & co. for Jesse Brewer.
7 The defendants admitted that the account for the Blacksmiths bill & for the wood amounting to $60.00 in all was corrected and that amt has been paid by the defendant.
