7  It was agreed that corn was worth fifty cents pr Bushel specie on the plantation and that the only matter in controversy now is the corn

whereupon it was adjudged that the complainants recover of the defendant the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars specie and the cotton is held liable for that amount and the costs of this proceeding - from which judgement the defendant William Brewer prayed an appeal - which is allowed -

To certify all which I hereunto affix my hand at office in Bryan this 15th day of July 1868.
