The reason why the Freedman seized the sentinels gun was, the sentinel went towards him & they were engaged in loud talk. When the sentinel struck at the Freedman with the butt of the gun and not with standing the Freedmans elbows were tied behind him he seized the sentinels gun with both hands. L.R.
