States that, owing to the nature of the [[strikethrough]] ground [[/strikethrough]] country in his Sub Dist Infantry troops are little or no use in carrying out the duties of the Bu: requests that he be furnished with 10 horses or a detail of 10 mounted men from a cavalry command.
