testify so may both, we in our memorie deny under oath the truth of the charge and we are Supported by the unimpeached testimony of  divers witnesses. So for as the testimony  of the parties is Concerned it is neutruized? them, other testimony must be looked to.

We have made this appeal to the Commanding Officer because we feel that we have violated no law, no rule of right, and because we believe the judgment appeal form is not supported by the testimony, which on the contrary is against it.
