I learn you have been engaged for two days looking for or after me under beds breaking in on private ladies, not negro wimon but white ladies that scorns the face of a yankey that holds to the doctrine that she is but the equal of the African - Such ladies is afraid of Yankeys not because she or they are cowards, but they know the habits of your kind vis picking up spoons and every thing valuable that they cant help fearing you

Alow me Sir to remind you of one thing Bell Co has Civil officers and if you will get some competant man to read the order of Gen Hancock you will find out that you have no business with me-
