Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the application for injunction, I respectfully decline interferring in the matter because in my Opinion the Judiciary of the State has no jurisdiction over such a case as that presented by the petition by the laws of Congress and that the remedy of the party aggreived is by appeal to the Officers entrusted with the administration of the laws of Congress in such cases or to the Courts of the United States
