8 Mr JJ Smith being duly sworn testified as follows; I live in town south of most were the fire occurred - I have not seen Key in years - I saw no one driving a wagon the night of the fire - If I had have seen Key, I would have known him - I was at the fire - I went home immediately after the fire - (sig) JJ Smith Henry Tracy being duly sworn testifies as follows, I live in the Country about 2 1/2 miles south west of here - I was in town the night of the fire - I was acting as Jailer at the time.
