Respectfully forwarded to Hd Qrs B.R.F. and A.L. Galveston Texas, with the request that Charles Schmidt be appointed clerk in this office to fill the vacancy caused by the death of L.J. Warner.
 
I have been unable to attend to my business connected with the Bureau since the death of Warner in consequence of having no clerk.
