General:
I have the honor to request that Isaac Johnson, (late Capt. U.S. Vols.), may be appointed an Agent of the Bureau for this State at a salary of One Hundred Dollars per month.
 
Capt. Johnson was formerly an Agent of the Bureau for this State, before his muster out of service, and proved an energetic and efficient officer.

Should this request meet with your approbation, his appointment can be sent directly to him at Media, Pennsylvania.
