Wilson Eyre, Esq.,
929 Chestnut St.,
Philadelphia, Pa.

Dear Mr. Eyre:-
Your letter of September 22nd is received and I appreciate your willingness to give your personal attention to the work still to be done on the changes being made at my residence.

I am thinking of building a garden wall on both the East and West side of my garden, connecting the same with my new building, and if you can come to Detroit either that latter part of this week, or the early part of next week, I would like to consult you on this matter, and at the same time you can look into the nature of the work being done.

With kind regards,
Very yours sincerely,
Charles L. Freer

I am stopping at the Cadillac hotel during the closing of my house. When you come send me a wire in advance and I will reserve room for you
