Mr. Ernest Dressel North,
4 East 39th St.,
New York City.

My Dear Mr. North:-
Your kind note of Sept. 28 reached me a day or two ago, and in reply I beg to say that I already possess two copies of the Illustrated Catalogue of the Whistler
Memorial Exhibition held in London last spring, and I must try to get along without additional copies.

I am glad to know of your European trip and hope it proved very enjoyable in every way. I was permitted to indulge in a four months' visit, principally in Paris and London and if it were possible I would enjoy going back again on the next steamer.

Your new business location seems most excellent, and I wish you every success there.

With kind regards,
Very truly yours,

P. S.
When convenient to you, I would be glad to receive a statement of the sale of books for my account.
