#33 Ferry Avenue,
Detroit, Michigan,
October 26th, 1905.

My dear Miss Cleaver:-

In reply to your letter of October 24th.

I regret to say that, because of the re-building of my house, my collection of Whistler paintings is now in a ware-house for safe keeping and, consequently, are not available for exhibition. After [[strikethrough]] November [[/strikethrough]] January 1st the collection will be at home again. And if you will stop in Detroit another time I will be pleased to show you my collections.

Yours very sincerely,
Charles L Freer
