The Seidler-Miner Electric Company, which firm has the contract for wiring in connection with the alterations at Mr. Freer's residence, has requested payment of $225.00 on account of contract. Mr. Freer has asked me to write if you will be good enough to issue a certificate for said amount and send it to me direct, and greatly oblige.
