Dear Mr. Warrington:-

The carpenter foreman on Mr. Freer's work said this morning that when you were here the other day,you told him to follow the detail drawing for the cornice on the east side of the building, and as they have got to the point where the work on it has been started the question as to the overhang presents itself.

Sheet No. 705. 17. (supplement to sheet No. 10) made on May 3rd., shows the overhang from the face of the brick wall 1' 0" along the east side, and at the two projecting ends 1' 10" exclusive of the gutter. The distance from the building to the east side of Mr. Freer's lot line is about 14". If you add the width of the gutter - say 6", we have 18" along the east side, except at the ends, or 4" over the property of the man on the east, and at the two ends we have 28", or 14" over the property on the east.

The overhang of the barn on the lot east of Mr. Freer's property is less than 2" inside his lot line, and the feeling
