Dear Mr. Trask:-

I returned from New York this morning and found your letter of November 30th, with enclosures, as stated. I, also, had the pleasure of a few moments conversation with Mr. Dewing, personally, in his studio in New York, yesterday.

I am glad to know what progress is being made with the redecorating of the room for the forth-coming exhibition. And it is a real pleasure to feel that the necessary steps for a successful room are being taken.

Since seeing you I have had conversations with both Messrs. Tryon and Thayer. So, up to the present time, all is going well.

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
