No work is being done on the east side of the roof, and in the meantime I don´t think any delay will result because the carpenters are at work on the blue room end.

I showed Col. Hecker Mr. Warrington's letter of the 25th in reply to mine, and it is his feeling that you had best decide the matter in view of your early return home. The work at the building, of course has not progressed as it should but each day sees some little advancement.
