I, too, am anticipating much pleasure from the visit from yourself and Mrs. Fenollosa after the new exhibition room is finished. The rate at which the work is now going, however, is very disappointing and I am afraid the place will not be inhabitable until the latter part of February or possibly early March. The interior plastering and the heavy cement flooring requires so much moisture that I fear more time than the contractors estimated will be required for drying out the moisture. The weather is fine and the work is being pushed all that is possible.
With kindest regards and hoping to see you not later than Monday next, the 18th instant, I remain,
Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
