Dear Sir:--
Since my return from the East I have been too busy to give as much attention to the balance of your collection now here as I had hoped to do. I have, however, decided that certain of the things I do not care, under any circumstances, to own. So I am making you a shipment by express to-day addressed to you at Boston, as follows:-
One Kakemono by Shugetsu.
One Kakemono by Buncho.
One Roll by Moronobu.
One Kakemono by Korin - gold turtle on rock.
Two small Kakemono by Korin - holly-hocks.
One Kakemono by Korin - two storks on a rock.
One Kakemono by Hokusai -(a girl standing beside a ((cherry tree.
One Kakemono by Hokusai - Howl and scissors.
Two pieces of Lacquer by Korin.
