My dear Miss Watson:--
Our recent letters crossed in the mail. Of course I shall be glad at all times to render any assistance in my power. So if the impression of the RIVA NOCTURE reaches you, and you would like my criticism on it, do not fail to let me know.
Christmas here was delightful in many ways. The weather was perfect and I devoted practically all of Sunday and yesterday to a few old friends who called and a dozen or so of new friends (pots, screens and paintings) who came for a permanent stay with me from Persia, Japan, and China. There will be a few real beauties to show you when you are next here.
With all good wishes,
Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
