Dear Mr. Kelekian:--
Two very charming small pieces of Racca Pottery reached me to-day direct from your brother in Paris, and I am forwarding them to you this afternoon, by American Express. I hope they will reach you in good order. They are exquisite pieces, but the price of this pottery has advanced to a point which puts it, for the present, at least, beyond my means. So until I have greater resources at my command I shall have to stop buying them.
I have written a letter to your brother thanking him for the favors he has so generally shown me in helping me to add to my group of pottery, and I certainly feel like obligations to you. I have, also, telegraphed your brother to-day, telling him that the two pieces have been forwarded to you. I judge from your brother's letter that he would like you to show these two pieces to Mr. Havemeyer, before he sails for Europe.
Sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
