915 Union Trust Building,
Detroit, Michigan,
September 14th, 1905.

Mr. L. G. Warrington,
Care, Wilson Eyre, Esq.,
35 West 21st Street,
New York City.

Dear Mr. Warrington:-
Referring to your letter of the 7th instant, addressed to Mr. Freer, enclosing the drawing showing the sliding door arrangement for underneath the bench in the gallery. At Mr. Freer's direction, I submitted the matter direct to Vinton Company, and they have named $146.00 as their final price for doing the work, and we have ordered them to proceed with it. They have the drawing which you sent, they say, is in sufficient detail for their needs in getting out the work.

The chimney caps were delivered at the building on Saturday last. They did not leave Kingston until August 30th or 31st.

The day before yesterday, Holmes & Company delivered to me a sample of the roofing tile which they had just received from the Akron Works, and it has been handed to the Roofing contractor.

Yours very truly,
JM Kennedy
