Detroit, Michigan,
September 14th, 1905.

Mr. L. G. Warrington,
Care, Wilson Eyre, Esq.,
35 West 21st St.,
New York City.

Dear Mr. Warrington:-
Your letter of the 11th instant, is received and noted.

As requested by you, I have again read Mr. Kennedy's letter of the 6th inst., and I certainly consider that in dictating the same, he asked for information, and that every word of the letter was in connection with the business executing the work on the stable, as planned by your office. I cannot see that he trespassed in any way upon the properties of the case, and I still feel your letter in reply, was unnecessarily discourteous. Nothing is gained by creating ill will.

I shall expect and insist, in the future, that all correspondence emanating in your office concerning the work being done here, be carried on without superfluous criticism of the contractors, and in cheerfully furnishing such information as we are entitled to.

Respectfully yours,
Charles L. Freer
