Dear Sir:-

I unpacked the shipments of pottery from Paris, yesterday, and found them all in good condition.

I am sending to you, the two placques and one jar for Mr.Havemeyer, and wish them safely in your hands.

The duty on these three pieces, as nearly as I can figure it, is $42.00, which amount can be sent me anytime at your leisure.

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
