Dear Mr. Eyre:-
Mr. Warrington arrived here yesterday afternoon and spent about three hours on my work. This morning he returned to it at 10:30, and at 11:30 I found it impossible to get on any further with him, and ordered him off my property.

He will give you the particulars which lead up to the climax. I refrain from naming them here for two reasons: First, I prefer that his side of the affair should reach you first. Second, I dislike to worry you with heaps of unpleasant news.

I cannot allow him to return here, so, I ask your pleasure in the matter. Can you attend to finishing the work personally, or do you prefer to send a substitute whenever occasion requires?

Trusting you can give personal attention to the few remaining details,
I remain,
Very sincerely yours,
Charles L Freer
