Maintain a loyal republican government in each and every State. It has the right to use whatever means may be necessary for that purpose,

And just here I will ask but one question and I am done for the present.

Is the United States government to rule, and protect the Loyal people of the State of Texas. (And the County of Anderson) in their lives, property and Liberty, or is she going to have them driven from their homes, and the ballot box by tyranny, annoyances, and the insecurity of life and property. 

hoping you may use this to the good of all Loyal people in Texas.
