Dear Mr. Freer-
      Your kind letter came
to me yesterday enclosing your
check for $5000, and the
blank form of receipt, which I
her return duly signed.
   Just now your later letter
has come, in which you speak of
the possibility, most pleasant to
me, of our meeting in New York. I
am now thinking of postponing my
Minnesota trip to next year; and
if I'd go , shall doubtless have
time to go with you to Boston.
Mrs. Fenollosa giving me in ex-
perience of kindest regards.
       Yours most sincerely
         Ernest F Fenollosa
