Dear Mr Freer,
       
Your kind letter written Saturday I found on my arrival here at noon today. I was glad to hear that you were decidedly better.
   
It seemed a pity to have to trouble further, when you are ill, but after making a thorough search with all the Express Companies, in company with Mr. Alfred Kelley, I had to come to the conclusion that my trunk and hamper had not arrived, and to wire you about it.
