It was a satisfaction to hear from Mr. Ushikinbo[[guess]] that you seemed much better. 

You will understand why I have not yet been able to go to see the pictures you set aside, but I understand from Mr. U that he is keeping them. 

Mr. Berenson kindly came to see me one afternoon when I was sick, and seems to be specially interested in my having a permanent work at Columbia. 

There is a plan for me to make another Western trip in April or May, but I don't know yet whether I shall be strong enough for it. My plans for the summer are also uncertain.
