per hour for all time in excess of one (1) hour in which they are required to remain with passengers. 

G. A Stewardess shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for every (2) hours that she is required to remain with passengers at intermediate stations, layover terminals, or domicile points.

H. A stewardess shall not be scheduled to fly more than eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, which shall be measured from the departure time of the initial flight. After each scheduled tour of duty on one or more flights, a Stewardess shall be given (2) hours' rest for every one (1) hour flown.

Section 4

COMPENSATION, EXPRESS AND LODGING

A. Compensation

1.Stewardesses shall be paid minimum monthly salaries as follows:
1st 6 months --- $155.00 per month
2nd 6 months --- $165.00 per month
2nd year ------- ยง175.00 per month
3rd year ------- $185.00 per month
4th year ------- $195.00 per month
5th year ------- $205.00 per month
6th year ------- $215.00 per month

2.Stewardesses shall receive 10 dollars ($10.00) per month in addition to their regular compensation when assigned as First Stewardess.

B. Expenses

1. Stewardesses, when at regular layover stations away from their domicile, shall be allowed expenses for meals during periods when they would normally require meals, provided that no meal has been provided in flight as hereinafter set forth, plus ten cents (10c) per meal for tips, pro-rated as follows:

2. The Company will provide meals on board the aircraft for Stewardesses as part of every meal service.

3. When Stewardesses are on duty at locations other than their regular domicile or regular layover stations, or when special assignments for the Company and transportation, laundry, meals and lodging are not provided by the Company, actual necessary expenses will be allowed. Upon application, a Stewardess will be given an advance by the Company to cover expenses while on special assignment. Within five (5) days after returning to her domicile or at the close of each week in the event a Stewardess is away for a period longer than one week, she shall submit an expense account in accordance with Company policy and if the Stewardess has returned to her domicile it shall be accompanied by the balance of any expense money advanced and not accounted for on the expense account.

C. Lodging.

1. The Company shall provide, at regular layover stations, comfortable and adequate lodging and shall make every reasonable effort to provide lodging so that not more than two (2) Stewardesses are assigned to one room and so that each may have a separate bed.

2. In the event the regularly assigned lodging at the layover stations is in use, Stewardesses shall receive actual necessary expenses for other lodging.

D. Transportation

1. When transportation is not provided by the Company at regular layover stations, Stewardesses shall be allowed actual expenses for transportation between the airport and the place of lodging.

2. Stewardesses will be allowed seventy-five cents (75c) for cab transportation between the field and place of lodging at domicile points when departure or arrival times are between 10.00 P.M. and 6 A.M. Claim for such expense shall be made on regular expense account which shall be supported by a receipt for each trip and the expense account shall indicate the flight number for each cab expense.
