RAJPUTANA.

THE RAJPUTANA-MALWA RAILWAY.

COMPLAINTS reach us from Rajputana of the inconvenience that first-class passengers experience from the too limited carriage accommodation on the Rajputana-Malwa Railway. They are frequently compelled to travel in second-class carriages; and on occasions, second-class passengers are accommodated in the first-class carriages. To remonstrances the railway authorities reply that if passengers cannot find the accommodations for which they have paid, the "can wait for the next train!" The Bombay Baroda, Central India and Rajputana-Malwa Railway system is one of the best-paying line in India.
