COMPLAINTS reach us from Rajputana of the inconvenience that first-class passengers experience from the too limited carriage accommodation on the Rajputana-Malwa Railway. They are frequently compelled to travel in second-class carriages; and on occasions, second-class passengers are accommodated in the first-class carriages. To remonstrances the railway authorities reply that if passengers cannot find the accommodations for which they have paid, the "can wait for the next train!"
