it occurred to me that if the two papers were made into one, or if run separately under joint ownership, the chances are that the Scripps outfit indirectly, or, some other people would quickly start another morning paper and if so would not the price be again lowered to one cent and other like difficulties reappear. If the Tribune continues its Sunday Edition jointly with the News under Scripps influence, could not the News issue a morning paper calling it the "Morning Glory" for instance, with old time Tribune tendencies? 

But all this is mere surmise and may be of no account. I know of course, nothing about the newspaper business and at this distance and without knowledge it is hard to produce [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] an idea worth sending - I feel however, that you are on the ground, you are in touch with everything
