My dear Sir:
Since Mr. Freer's dictated letter to you of June the twelfth, you will be pleased to learn that he has made certain progress towards recovered health, and that he is now able to sit up for a short time each day.

I shall keep you informed on Mr. Freer's condition until he is able to write personally.
