New York

May 16, 1914.

Dear Mr. Freer:

I think it is most kind and considerate of you to write me your note of May 11, and I thank you cordially for the friendly interest that prompted it.

I expect to be in town engaged on the Academy endowment, well into June and perhaps till July 1, but if you will be so good as to give me a few days notice of your coming I shall make sure of seeing you.

Very sincerely yours,
R. U. Johnson (Over)
