New York, N.Y.

Dear Sir:

Your letters from London, dated January 23rd, also that of February 6th written on board the S/S "Lusitania" reached me Saturday afternoon, and yesterday I sent you a Night Letter reading:

"Letters received. I shall spend first week of March in New York and will be pleased to inspect mihrab and see you there. Or if you prefer can inspect mihrab and see you here any day earlier convenient to you."

In accordance therewith, it is my intention to visit New York City during the first week of March and if you are to be there at that time, I should be pleased to see you and inspect the mihrab or if you prefer to ship the mihrab to Detroit earlier and have me inspect it here, I can see you at almost any date during the month of February excepting the dates of Saturday the 21st, Sunday the 22nd and Monday the 23rd, on which days I have engagements which will prevent me from seeing you, but on each of the other remaining dates of the month, I shall be practically free of engagements and expect to be strong enough to see you and discuss the matter mentioned.

Very truly yours,
