My dear Mr. Russel:-

I have your letter of November first concerning the conditions under which you have agreed to furnish the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand Dollars to Mrs. Augustus Saint-Gaudens, of Windsor, Vermont, and in reply I beg to say that the conditions named by you are entirely satisfactory to me and that they are hereby accepted.

The card for Mrs. Saint-Gaudens' signature has been sent to her with request to sign and return the same directly to you.
