Dear Sir:-

I have your letter of October thirty-first enclosing draft for ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to apply on the payment of your loan at the State Savings Bank of this City. Herewith I take pleasure in handing you receipt for the same amount, dated November second, and signed by the State Savings Bank.

Let me congratulate you upon the good business you are doing and also thank you for the early payment on the account of the note.

I am looking forward with much pleasure to seeing yourself and Mr. Yamanaka at my home to-morrow morning.
