No. 33 Ferry Avenue,
Detroit, Michigan,
November 5th., 1906.

W. T. McGraw, Esquire,
President Century Cash Register Company, Detroit, Mich.

Dear Sir:-

Early next week I shall sail for Naples where I expect to meet Mr. Thomas Spencer Jerome and I would like to then tell him definitely of the amount he can expect to realise from the final liquidation of the Century Cash Register Company. I should like it very much, also, if you could pay another dividend before my departure. I understood you to say at the time of the sale that the proceeds therefrom would be gathered together and distributed promptly. It seems to me that the matter has gone more slowly than is usual in such cases, and I should like to inquire why the continued delay? Cannot the details be closed at once and a final distributed made so that I can report to Mr. Jerome that final action has been taken?

Will you not favor me with a prompt reply hereto and can you not distribute the remaining assets on or before Saturday next?

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
