No. 33 Ferry Avenue,
Detroit, Michigan,
November 6th., 1906.

Frank C. Baldwin, Esquire,
President Michigan Chapter A. I. A., Detroit, Mich.

My dear Mr. Baldwin:-

In reply to your kind letter of November second I regret exceedingly to say that it will be impossible for me to attend the convention of the American Institute of Architects to be held in January next, as at that time I shall be in Egypt. I am sailing from New York on Thursday next and expect to be absent six or eight months.

With cordial regards, I remain,

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
