that so much attention to work interferred [[interfered]] with my pleasure of a wholesome kind in other directions. Perhaps with more leisure I should have given less real study to the things which stand for so much in my life to-day. This is not a lecture, but it is a matter I have felt like writing or speaking to you personally about for some time, and I know you will understand it perfectly.
